By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features you use. Your subscription begins when you sign up for a paid plan. You agree to:

• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
• Receive advance notice of any pricing changes (at least 30 days)

You retain all rights to your data. We act as a data processor and will:

• Store and process your data only to provide our services
• Maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Never sell your data to third parties
• Allow you to export your data at any time
• Delete your data upon account termination (with a grace period for recovery)

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will:

• Schedule maintenance during off-peak hours when possible
• Provide advance notice of planned downtime
• Work to restore service as quickly as possible during unplanned outages

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you'll have 30 days to export your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
